The construction of a playground, which is part of SMALL ARCHITECTURE, does not require a construction permit.
The construction of small architecture, including playgrounds, requires filing an application with the required body.

The application must be accompanied by a land development plan together with a technical description of the installation performed by a designer with proper construction rights.
