PN – EN – 1176-7 STANDARD - regulates the whole control process, and the survey frequency depends on the use and load of the object:
- regular control through visual inspection,
- functional control.
- annual basic control.
TECHNICAL CONTROL CERTIFICATE - we finish the technical survey of equipment each time by issuing a technical control certificate and a possible listing of elements which require renovation and repair. In case of a lack of damages, the company issues a certificate allowing the equipment for further exploitation, which is synonymous with placing a guarantee and a civil liability insurance on the equipment for a period of subsequent 12 months.
SCOPE OF THE PERIODICAL TECHNICAL CONTROL:
- Control of construction elements of beams, round timbers and their deformations
- Control of screw connections
- Control of the surface of wooden elements
- Control of the impregnant layer condition of wooden elements.
- Control of metal elements with regard to the condition of the surface layer: (galvanized or varnished)
- Control of elements of articulated joints, lifting slings of swing seats and the thickness of chain links.
- Creating a certificate of Conducted Technical Control (in accordance with requirements of the PN-EN 1176-7 standards) together with a list of elements which require repair and renovation.
